Facility Dude

Facility Dude is the work order system for landscaping issues in the community. This systems allows owners to enter landscaping issues and receive updates as they are reviewed and completed.

If you have not signed up for Facility Dude please email laura@camprosfl.com with the subject line Facility Dude and include the following in your email:

Name
Email Address
Property Address

You will receive an email from facility dude without 3-4 business days with instructions on how to complete sign up.

Community Mulch Starting October 20, 2025

Homes will be mulched starting the week of October 20, weather permitting.

If you do not want to have mulch added to your mulch beds, you must enter a work order in *facility dude: login.facilitydude.com and state your address and NO MULCH in the work order.

*If you have not signed up for facility dude, please email laura@camprosfl.com and state your name, your address, your email address and in the subject line please add- Reserve at Victoria- Facility Dude sign up. You will receive an email from facility dude in 48-72 business hours with information on how to sign up (please make sure to check your spam folder during this time).
